Completion of Manor Retail Park Rustington
The Dudman Group of Companies has been working closely with a number of customers for several months on the major new development in Rustington.
The Manor Retail Park is situated along the A259 at the Mill Lane site and is set to be the area’s newest retail estate.
The Dudman Group supplied 3500 tonnes of aggregates and 1400m³ of ready-mix concrete over several months. Aggregates included 1500 tonnes Type 1 and most grades of marine sand and gravel, plus Diorite material from our West of England quarry.
Of the 1400m³ of ready-mix concrete, 600m³ went to a customer responsible for the internal flooring of the Park’s units.
The Manor Retail Park is currently home to the new Chandlers BMW headquarters and will also include a further three units expected to be a supermarket, Aldi, Next and other food outlets due to open later this year.
