I/We the undersigned apply to the Company for Credit facilities. I/We understand that you may make a search via a licensed credit reference agency and will retain a record of the search. I/We have read and understood your terms and conditions and accept these as the basis of trading. I/We recognise that any credit limit offered may be reviewed and adjusted or transferred (within the Dudman Group) periodically at the sole discretion of the Dudman Group. I/We recognised that title to goods remains with the Company until such goods have been paid for. I/We agree that where the applicant is acting as a subcontractor, the Company is entitled to inform the main contractor of its Terms & Conditions. I/We have checked the details on the Credit Application Form and am/are satisfied that the information is correct.
