Quality Policy

Dudman Readymixed Concrete Limited has established a quality management system designed to meet with the requirements laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the QSRMC Quality and Product Conformity Regulations.

It is the Company’s policy to operate to these standards and any other applicable requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through monitoring, internal communication, audit and review.

It is the Company’s policy to comply with all legislation and compliance obligations relevant to the production of ready-mixed concrete, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and the COSHH regulations.

Quality objectives will be established through the Company’s quality documents and are intended to provide a systematic approach to achieving, maintaining and improving quality. They will be measured through internal audit and reported to the management review meeting to be assessed for their effectiveness.

It is the Company’s belief that by ensuring staff are aware of this policy and operate to the above standards then the Company will continue to meet the requirements of its customers and the industry in terms of quality, price and customer satisfaction.
